Shipping policy

Most physical items will be shipped within the USA via USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground.   International shipping may vary based on destination.  Electronic gift cards will be delivered by email and incur no shipping charges. 
Regular retail orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday) excluding holidays in addition to shipping time.
Wholesale orders are typically processed within 5 business days (Monday - Friday) excluding holidays in addition to shipping time.
Custom orders will vary based on many factors, including the size and type of order placed and our current work queue.
